Builder "blah" becomes thrilling spa within this 10,000 sf McMansion outside of Indianapolis. For a family of five, this brick ranch was transformed from mid-century to "this century" with an open plan that joins kitchen, dining, and formal living room. A striated bamboo wall anchors a cantilevered quartz countertop. For this globetrotting bachelor, a 1,100 sf condo becomes a lounge for serious entertaining and relaxation. In a style we dubbed "Zen-Ratpack", we've combined the jazz lounge with clean-lined minimalism. Staunton Residence

Located in Historic Newtown, this 1890's home had been neglected for decades. The interior was a hodge-podge multiple renovations gone bad. The Staunton Residence successfully demonstrates the interior modernization of a historic property. This modest townhome was transformed from dated and dark to vibrant and hip with the use of bold color and graphic patterns. We designed clever storage solutions any busy mom would die for. This L-shaped room was given a new cohesive look with upgrades to its original builder finishes. A palette of travertine tile, dark bronze, and stained wood gives a warm, "Old World" feel.
