The lobby of our home church received a masculine makeover in a complimentary color scheme to its new logo. Fluffy Thoughts Cakes
McLean, VA

Our most delicious project to date is the conversion of a 2,000 sf financial office into a boutique bakery. As the store name suggests, the interiors are airy, whimsical, and with enough "bubble-bling" to evoke the excitement of a Tiffany's engagement gift box. The One, Nail Salon & Spa
Hyattesville, MD

This former video store became a high-style nail salon and spa. Customers enjoy getting their manis and pedis while soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. The accents off glass tile and the light cove that swoops through the space like a brush stroke of nailpolish add just the right amount of excitement. CIRCLE Design Studio

"Metro-historical" best describes this mixed-use building in Historic Newtown that was our original headquarters. The orignal foudation wall was exposed in the back of the office space to add texture and pay homage to the building methods of the past. Begin the slideshow to see the rehabilitated limestone foundation wall that earned a craftsmanship award from our friends at Historic Staunton Foundation. Also VA ASID/IIDA's 2008's Honorable Mention for Multi-Family Residence.

This woman's clothing consignment shop expanded from two to four locations in four years and CIRCLE Design Studio helped design new locations in Washington, DC and Bethesda and remodel existing locations in Arlington and Old Town Alexandria.

Habana Cafe

CIRCLE provided the "yerba buena" to this owner's mojito. Located in downtown Roanoke's newly-renovated Historic Market Building, the main attraction is the conga bar stools as much as the live entertainment and Cuban cuisine. All tile was installed by the owner's business ArtTile. Begin the slideshow to see the women's bathroom vanity made of marbleized resin (that is, if you can find the concealed restrooms). VA ASID/IIDA's 2012's First Place in Hospitality Design.

A museum space is transformed into an art collector's home for the exhibit of Black World Art from the Demersen Collection. CIRCLE furnished and staged the interior vignettes with donated and loaned furniture to create a backdrop for a four-month exhibit titled "The Spirit That Knows Beauty". CIRCLE worked for WVS Companies offering services for on-site construction observation and interior design of the clubhouse, leasing office, and model apartment unit. VA ASID/IIDA's 2015 First Place winner for Multi-Family Residence.
